Healthy fats with medium chain triglicerides from coconut oil and nut butters. Our source of fiber is meticulously sourced to be a true, legitimate fiber. This means that there is no additive called isomaltooligosaccharide. Our certified organic tapioca fiber derived from cassava root and is supported by a low glycemic validation study conducted by Canada’s GI Labs showing a minimal glycemic response.

Real Food Bars were tested with CGM devices, commonly prescribed to Type 1 Diabetes by a independent third party. We added greens for additional micronutrient support. We started with kale because it has the highest aggregate nutrient density. We then added in sweet potato and cauliflower.
