As Real Food Bar has not included the updated % Daily Value of Protein for our products on our nutrition facts panel, we are writing to inform you that we will honor a refund upon your request with valid proof of purchase. • Real Food Bar, Cherry Cashew • Real Food Bar, Peanut Butter • Real Food Bar, Espresso Chip • Real Food Bar, Chocolate Sea Salt This notice applies to customers who have purchased our products between the period of September 4, 2022 to September 8, 2025 for any of the flavors listed above including: Cherry Cashew, Peanut Butter, Espresso Chip or Chocolate Sea Salt products. This includes any customers who purchased on any third-party channel or retail location. To see the updated % Daily Value of Protein for our products, please visit our product pages where we have included it in the nutrition facts panel. The % DV is calculated based on PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score). PDCAAS is a method for evaluating protein quality by comparing a food's essential amino acid profile to human requirements and correcting for protein digestibility. A higher PDCAAS score, ranging from 0 to 1, indicates that a protein is a better quality source of protein that the body can more effectively use.
